In recent years, there have been numerous advancements in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, cloud computing, and the internet of things, among others. These advancements have led to the emergence of new technologies, such as 5G, blockchain, and edge computing, that are revolutionizing the way we live and work. In addition, there have been significant developments in the fields of wireless communication, signal processing, and image processing. These advancements have enabled the development of new applications in areas such as mobile computing, mobile commerce, and ubiquitous computing. Furthermore, the increasing use of robotics and virtual reality technologies has opened up new possibilities for human-machine interaction and immersive experiences. At the same time, there are still many challenges that need to be addressed in the fields of computer and communications. For example, ensuring the security and privacy of data and communication networks remains a significant concern.

Organized by Guangdong University of Technology, the 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing and Intelligent Computing (SPIC2025) will take place from November 28–30, 2025, in Guangzhou, China. Following the success of previous editions, the conference continues to provide a dynamic platform for global researchers and industry experts to exchange cutting-edge developments in signal processing, artificial intelligence, and intelligent computing.
