Computer and communications are two rapidly developing fields that have a significant impact on modern society. These advancements have led to the emergence of new technologies, such as 5G, blockchain, and edge computing, that are revolutionizing the way we live and work. In addition, there have been significant developments in the fields of wireless communication, signal processing, and image processing. These advancements have enabled the development of new applications in areas such as mobile computing, mobile commerce, and ubiquitous computing. Furthermore, the increasing use of robotics and virtual reality technologies has opened up new possibilities for human-machine interaction and immersive experiences. At the same time, there are still many challenges that need to be addressed in the fields of computer and communications. For example, ensuring the security and privacy of data and communication networks remains a significant concern.

SPIC2023 is hosted by Shenyang Ligong University and Shenyang Institute of Engineering.
